Amadablam, Thamserku, Kang Tega, Lhotse, Tabuche, Nuptse, Everest and others are mountains seen magnificently during rest day hiking. Everest Base Camp Treks follows the yak caravan route towards spiritual Tengboche Monastery. This is the most sacred place of Sherpa and also hosts Mani Rimdu Festival every year. Get blessings for further treks in Everest before heading to Dingboche. Our crews members will keep you check with the altitude by resting another day in Dingboche.

This is the last camping place residing below Kalapathar (5545 m). The time finally arrives as you will be stepping your step on the iconic base camp of Everest (5365 m). Leave your footprints and take as many pictures as possible. Cherish the moment to the fullest. Early morning sunrise view from Kalapathar will add more gloss to your trekking in Everest region. Trip heads back to Lukla for the flight to Kathmandu following the same trail.

Approximately 3000 to 3500 cubic inches (ca. 57 l) Duffel Bag: Nepal Trekking Routes Treks and Expedition will supply complimentary water and wind proof duffel/kit bag, but one huge duffel bag/suitcase is necessary for non-trek items left at the hotel in Kathmandu

Down Jacket: Your own Down Jacket is strongly recommended, but we also supply complimentary down which need to be returned to the completion of the trek

Sleeping bag: Your own sleeping bag strongly is recommended, but we also supply complimentary sleeping bags which need to be return to the completion of the trek
