The cancellation term, for bookings up to 3 rooms, is 2 days.
The cancellation term, for periods concomitantly with national events, or for bookings of more than 3 rooms, is 5 days.
The cancellation term, for periods concomitantly with international events, or for bookings of more than 6 rooms, is 15 days.
The cancellation term, for bookings of more than 15 rooms, is 30 days.
No penalty for cancellation that comes before than cancellation terms.
If cancellation comes within cancellation terms, will be charged one night full price.

we wish to inform you, pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679, that the processing of your personal data will be correct and transparent, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights.
The treatment will be carried out also with the aid of IT tools for the following purposes:
to fulfill the obligation under Article 109 of the Royal Decree 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the police headquarters the personalities of the clients housed;
to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
to perform the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to her;

We also wish to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our hotel.
If you wish to have the treatments referred to in points 3, 4 and 5, you will have to give us your consent. The consent can however be subsequently revoked opposing the treatments.

What is the GDPR EU 2016/679
Personal data - any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ('concerned'); an identifiable natural person can be identified, either directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online ID or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social;
The regulation explicitly defines that these are natural persons, which means that it clearly distinguishes between natural persons and legal persons. We must distinguish between:

Therefore, during the processing of the data, it is necessary to distinguish the general email addresses (info @, vendita @, ...) from the addresses of natural persons. The GDPR, in fact, does not apply to generic addresses.
